Complaints Procedure

We welcome comments, suggestions and complaints so that we can continually improve our service to you.

Please contact the Practice Manager in person or by phone, letter or email if you have a comment, suggestion or complaint.

We take complaints very seriously and have an effective procedure to resolve any problems in the shortest possible time.

As a very nervous patient - and new to Bancroft, I am so very grateful to have found such an incredible dental practice… What stands out is the client care (as well as the hi-tech and incredibly experienced staff). A huge thank you to Sue whose FoH is exceptional and a dying art - to Lauren, Andy and Spencer who made my dental experience easy breezy… Thank you also to the dental nurses who are gentle and kind.

I cannot recommend Bancroft Dentistry highly enough. I spent many hours researching a practice that would meet my needs . It is spotlessly clean, modern and strikes that wonderful balance between being highly professional and exceptionally friendly. I was a complete nervous wreck when I first met Frank and his team. He took the time to reassure me , explaining in detail what treatment I needed at every visit . Nothing was too much trouble , as long as I was comfortable . I have now had several procedures and I am absolutely delighted with my new smile . From the lovely receptionist , nurses , anaesthetist you will not find a more caring and knowledgeable surgery. The quality of their work is outstanding . Even if you are petrified of the dentist I guarantee this wonderful team will help to take your fear away as well as offering top class dental work.

I had an appointment with Lauren for Botox at Bancroft and was extremely happy with the treatment. The friendly greeting from the reception staff made me feel very welcome into their beautiful practice. Lauren covered all areas of information in detail in her treatment room. She made sure I understood the procedure and the expectations. She is confident and made me feel relaxed, her depth of knowledge really put me at ease. She followed up the appointments as she said she would. Lauren takes pride in her work and cares for her patients, she is very professional and I could not be happier with my results.
