I was referred to you following a failed and very painful conventional extraction. I spoke to your receptionist who was very helpful in making the appointment arrangements. I was very nervous from my earlier experience but I was quickly very comfortable and confident in what took place at Bancroft. The environment was clean, calming and reassuring. Thank you for making the whole sedation/extraction process comfortable for me. Even on my first visit, (when my veins had all disappeared), I was not made to feel awkward at all and was given lots of reassurance throughout this and the second appointment.I felt more relaxed than I had anticipated. Would definitely choose this again. The whole experience was dealt with in a friendly but professional way, and I felt very at ease.
