We always discuss costs with you when discussing treatment options and offer several different ways to pay, plan and budget.

We have a full list of treatment fees, and at your dental appointment, we will discuss treatment choices, including prices. We want to make it as easy as possible to understand so you feel comfortable and delighted with your choices.

**** The Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme is a scheme established to offer support and assistance to dental plan patients who request treatment following a dental trauma and/or dental emergency or oral cancer. The Scheme responds to requests for assistance on a wholly discretionary basis. This means that, whilst the Scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, it has no obligation to provide any benefit unless it first decides (in its sole and absolute discretion) that it should provide a benefit. There are some circumstances in which the Scheme is not designed to help and these are explained in more detail in the Scheme Handbook. Each request will be looked at individually to assess the request for benefit. Certain restrictions and limitations may apply if the request is accepted and the Scheme may decide to provide no benefit.

To help you achieve this, we have created ‘Club Class’ and ‘Club Class Plus’ a fantastic opportunity which
makes taking care of things a whole lot easier and you get a great selection of complimentary benefits.

We understand that people expect far more from their dental practice these days, and we take pride in
the fact that we can offer the very best that 21st-century dentistry can offer. Being a Club Class
member makes all of this affordable for you.

A monthly Direct Debit takes care of your regular six-month examinations with your dentist, including all
x-rays and two (Club Class) and four (Club Class Plus) hygienist appointments per year. With just these
appointments you are already saving on the standard pay-as-you-go fees.

Hopefully, you won’t need to have any treatment, but if you do, it will be up to 10% less than our standard
fees … so it’s easier to relax and enjoy the time you spend with us.

If you would like to become a Bancroft Club Class member
it is best to sign up soon as places are strictly limited.

We are incredibly proud that it is doing so well and that so many of our clients have chosen to join.
We are now in our last phase of offering membership places, and once these have been taken,
membership will be available by waiting list only.

Should you have any questions regarding Club Class Membership or are wondering if it’s right for you,
as you already have some other form of dental insurance, please ask any member of our team who
will be pleased to discuss it with you.

All you need to do now is…

Tell us you wish to join and we will guide you through the paperwork.

All you need is to have your bank details available on the day if you wish to complete the process whilst
at the practice. You can of course take the registration form away, and as soon as the completed form
is returned to us, we will process the application for you.

Once you receive your membership pack through the post, you are ready to enjoy all the great benefits
that Club Class provides.

to a Preventive Dental Plan to reduce the need for more dental treatment long term.

We have a list of treatment prices and once you have decided on a treatment plan we
can help you plan with payments to spread the cost or even using finance.

We want you to understand about your dental treatment costs and be involved in your choices.
This sometimes means spending more time to explain and we would always prefer that we get this right.

I have just had a surgical procedure (root canal) carried out at Bancroft Dentistry in Hitchin with Eva, assisted by Emillie. I am normally very brave with medical procedures, but not dentists! My anxiety was wasted! The procedure took about 90 minutes and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The procedure was completely and utterly pain free - even the injection didnt hurt - and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout.I would thoroughly recommend Bancroft Dentistry and I am delighted and grateful to be one of their registered patients.

I’m a long standing customer of Bancroft Dental and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Drisna in particular is incredible with the kids. Both my girls have had extractions of baby teeth and she was so lovely with them. Made them feel at ease and talked them through the process, so they weren’t worried at all. She makes a potentially stressful experience really easy and I would recommend her to anyone! Always lovely to see the dental nurse team there too, who are equally lovely. Thank you
