I have found the practice to be very professional in both the dentistry work that I’ve had done and hygienist. The practice staff are always pleasant, courteous and polite.I’ve been a patient at this practice now for three years and I’m extremely happy with the treatment have received. I would recommend this practice.

I cannot recommend Bancroft Dentistry highly enough. I spent many hours researching a practice that would meet my needs . It is spotlessly clean, modern and strikes that wonderful balance between being highly professional and exceptionally friendly. I was a complete nervous wreck when I first met Frank and his team. He took the time to reassure me , explaining in detail what treatment I needed at every visit . Nothing was too much trouble , as long as I was comfortable . I have now had several procedures and I am absolutely delighted with my new smile . From the lovely receptionist , nurses , anaesthetist you will not find a more caring and knowledgeable surgery. The quality of their work is outstanding . Even if you are petrified of the dentist I guarantee this wonderful team will help to take your fear away as well as offering top class dental work.
I have been visiting Bancroft for over 10 years now, despite now not living locally I still come back every year. From the orthodontics I had done initially to my annual check up, the service is great & I always feel comfortable visiting. All the staff are very welcoming & friendly.
I visited Sophie for the first time last week and she immediately put me at ease with her friendly and warm manner. She talked me through exactly what she was going to do and gave excellent advice. My next appointment is already booked and would highly recommend her to anyone.

The friendly greeting from the reception staff made me feel very welcome into their beautiful practice. Lauren covered all areas of information in detail in her treatment room. She made sure I understood the procedure and the expectations. She is confident and made me feel relaxed, her depth of knowledge really put me at ease. She followed up the appointments as she said she would. Lauren takes pride in her work and cares for her patients, she is very professional and I could not be happier with my results.
