A diet including blueberries may be good for your dental health.

Gum disease is an all t00 common health problem in the UK, and researchers are always investigating how this condition can be reduced.

A group of scientists at the Universite Laval in Canada have revealed that an extract made from wild blueberries can help with preventing the formation of plaque on teeth, a common cause of gum disease. Its effect is to reduce the amount of inflammation that gums experience when plaque is allowed to build up.
