As always, I received excellent service from Bancroft Dentistry. From the friendly, efficient front of house provided by Sue today, followed by exceptional dental care by Frank and team, I can’t fault this practice. The staff are so kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I have just had a surgical procedure (root canal) carried out at Bancroft Dentistry in Hitchin with Eva, assisted by Emillie. I am normally very brave with medical procedures, but not dentists! My anxiety was wasted! The procedure took about 90 minutes and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The procedure was completely and utterly pain free - even the injection didnt hurt - and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout.I would thoroughly recommend Bancroft Dentistry and I am delighted and grateful to be one of their registered patients.

I’m a long standing customer of Bancroft Dental and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Drisna in particular is incredible with the kids. Both my girls have had extractions of baby teeth and she was so lovely with them. Made them feel at ease and talked them through the process, so they weren’t worried at all. She makes a potentially stressful experience really easy and I would recommend her to anyone! Always lovely to see the dental nurse team there too, who are equally lovely. Thank you
