Exceptional service and a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. Sue on Reception was really helpful and my Dentist Drisna and her Dental Nurse Zoe were both really kind and comforting, giving excellent advice whilst making me feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the appointment and procedure. I saw Kim for the first time today for a clean and was really impressed. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and she explained everything clearly. I left feeling well cared for and definitely recommend her.

The team at Bancroft Dentistry are always cheerful, welcoming and very professional.I was most impressed that they took my notification of a possible allergy very seriously and sourced an alternative analgesic for me.People think that you can't talk to your dentist because your mouth is otherwise engaged. Here there is usually the opportunity for an little interesting chat before or after treatment, which is very nice.I have been a patient here for about thirty years, and the level of service has always been excellent.

I see Erin, the hygienist, every 3 months and she really looks after me. She's such a lovely lady who puts me at my ease with a friendly chat and painlessly cares for my teeth so well. For anyone like me who has had bad past experiences with dental care I would thoroughly recommend Bancroft Dentistry. A happy band of nice people who are very good at what they do.

My 9 year old daughter was seen as an emergency patient. The whole team were kind and calm. My daughter was not rushed and her fear was dealt with respectfully. My experience at Bancroft was fantastic throughout all my visits, Dr Fahd and team were great, very very professional, when he performed my main procedure, I admired till today the way together with Chloe they kept me informed of what was going on and throughout promised to look after me and that's exactly what they did, when they were busy working they made sure they kept me comforted by music of my choice that they put for me, they made me never to fear dentists anymore coz it's the fear that made my teeth go bad and for this, I shall forever owe to Fahd and team and i highly recommend Bancroft dentistry, they brought back my smile, they are amazing in their professional job. Receptionists too were brilliant.

The team at Bancroft are fantastic. From start to finish I felt really comfortable, even though I get bad anxiety with anything dentistry related. I went for a wisdom tooth removal under sedation and the whole process was so easy. Around 6-7 days after the removal I had a bit more pain and called the clinic, they had me go in within an hour of my phone call to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend, and I can guarantee no one would ever have a bad experience here, as the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable.

Bancroft dentistry Hitchin is an absolutely amazing dentistry. I have always been scared of dentist due to a bad experience as a child. I went to Bancroft in desperation after years of neglect. They made me feel so welcome. They listened to me, taking things careful and checking that I was comfortable throughout proceedures. I felt cared for, valued as a customer and respected.I've been going regularly for a few years now, they know me very well. It's like popping in to see your friends.There prices are very reasonable. Never had any problems getting in touch or booking appointments. I like to smile now, thanks to this great team.

Amazing dentists. I'm a very nervous patient, but my experience with Drisna and the team was beyond reassuring. From the moment I sat down, she made sure I felt at ease, keeping me informed every step of the way. The best dentists I’ve been to. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I’ve had multiple treatments under the fantastic Andy Bolam over the last 18 months since he was recommended to me. Andy is excellent from start to finish, providing a full and thorough treatment plan and talking through all options along the way. Andy completed an incredible smile overhaul, including complex cosmetic bonding, fitted multiple Onlays and numerous fillings. Every treatment has been completed to an extremely high standard and I’ve been very pleased with the results. The practice team, particularly Sue, are the best I’ve experienced, very on the ball and super friendly and welcoming.

I cannot recommend Bancroft Dentistry highly enough. I spent many hours researching a practice that would meet my needs . It is spotlessly clean, modern and strikes that wonderful balance between being highly professional and exceptionally friendly. I was a complete nervous wreck when I first met Frank and his team. He took the time to reassure me , explaining in detail what treatment I needed at every visit . Nothing was too much trouble , as long as I was comfortable . I have now had several procedures and I am absolutely delighted with my new smile . From the lovely receptionist , nurses , anaesthetist you will not find a more caring and knowledgeable surgery. The quality of their work is outstanding . Even if you are petrified of the dentist I guarantee this wonderful team will help to take your fear away as well as offering top class dental work.

I had an appointment with Lauren for Botox at Bancroft and was extremely happy with the treatment. The friendly greeting from the reception staff made me feel very welcome into their beautiful practice. Lauren covered all areas of information in detail in her treatment room. She made sure I understood the procedure and the expectations. She is confident and made me feel relaxed, her depth of knowledge really put me at ease. She followed up the appointments as she said she would. Lauren takes pride in her work and cares for her patients, she is very professional and I could not be happier with my results.
